Whether you are an experienced or new coach or an active football player looking to get into coaching to make a huge impact into children football knowledge than this is your journey. At FootyBugs we are always looking for new people to join our passionate coaching team.

Being a FootyBugs coach you will have the wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s development and self-esteem.

Becoming a FootyBugs coach you would need:

• NZ Junior or Youth Level One coaching award or higher or equivalent preferred

• One year’s experience coaching children preferred

• Previous football playing or coaching experience

• To be an enthusiastic and energetic person

• To be passionate about football

• Passion to develop children and want to make a difference to their lives through football. 

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to give clear instructions

• Ability to plan football classes or training sessions

• Strong organizational skills

• Drivers Licence and access to a car

• Availability to teach on weekdays and/or weekends

• Be willing to undergo a Background Check

As this is a paid casual / part-time position we offer attractive compensation package depending on qualification and availability. Coaching qualification support maybe available for the right person.
